The Prime rib Big Band has been active since March 1st 2017. It is a band comprised of the finest players the city of Ottawa has to offer (hence the name 'Prime Rib'). The band consists of 4 saxes, 2 trumpets, 2 trombones, Piano, bass and drums. all music is original material composed by trumpeter and band leader Ed Lister. this band draws its influence from such big band greats as Duke Ellington, count Basie and the modern jazz harmony edge of Thelonious Monk. The Prime rib Big Band holds down a monthly big band night at Irene's Pub on the first Wednesday of every month. Stay tuned for a debut album from this ferocious band.
ERU-ERA is the newest addition to the London Gentleman Records label. They are a very powerful 7 piece hyper funk collective. The band is made up of the busiest and best session musicians the City of Ottawa has to offer. The group comprises of 3 horns (trumpet, tenor sax and baritone sax), piano / synths, guitar, bass and drums. Since the formation of this collective the band has wasted no time in building a following and a great reputation.
The Riishi Von Rex duo is a gypsy-rock band from Ottawa who like to tell tall tales, invoke rainstorms and break old curses. Born amid dreary weather in the spring of 2012 the pair made up of
singer, songwriter and guitarist Riishi Von Rex and drummer and vocalist Michel Delage have brought their understated theatrics and fevered musical confessions to public houses of all varieties in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Quebec City and beyond. With a special gift for manipulating the laws of time and a penchant for stirring polite crowds into frenzied mobs, the RVR duo have converted many a non-believer and entertained peasantry and nobility alike with their electrified chemistry.

Grace Marr is an 18 year-old singer-songwriter in the Ottawa/Gatineau region, and previous vocalist and songwriter with indie/R&B duo Grace&Jack. Known for her crisp lyrics, vibrant stage presence, and resonant vocals, Grace has begun putting together complex pop tunes with some added flare by London Gentleman Records. In using her classical training as a foundation for her vocal technique, Grace is now exploring areas of jazz, funk, blues, and R&B in her songwriting and performance style.
Blast From The Sun joined the label in May of 2016. They are a power trio from Quebec, Canada. The band is made up of Guitar and lead vocals (Justin Guindon), Bass (Harrison Singer) and powerhouse drummer Andrew Ferderber. This group is hard to put a genre to. Reggae, Hip hop, Red Hot Chilli Peppers style funk, Chuck Berry inspired Rock ‘n’ roll and Classic rock are to name but a few of the genres they cross over. They will be heading out across Canada in August of 2016 and will be releasing their new E.P at the same time. Watch out for these guys…
